Roof system
Roof Coatings explained
A roof coating is a fluid-applied membrane sprayed or rolled over an existing roof. It seals small cracks and seams, blocks UV and reflects heat.
Coatings work on roofs that are still structurally sound and mostly dry. They can add years of life at a fraction of the cost and disruption of a replacement.

Questions
Roof Coatings FAQ
Can a coating fix any roof?
No. If the insulation is wet or the roof is failing structurally, it needs replacement. We test first.
Silicone or acrylic?

Will a coating lower my energy bill?
Reflective white coatings can reduce roof surface temperatures and cooling loads.
